Lead the technical support for the 2nd operator in France (customer-facing) on xDSL products
Worked and liaised with international teams (2nd, 3rd level support and R&D)
Investigated and resolved incoming issues according to the incident management process (Follow up the trouble ticket resolution, prioritization and escalation of technical support)

Managed associated projects as international Data-traffic migration and acceptance test between Lagos and London over the new cable deployed (seven lambdas 10gbits SDH & IP)
